"jOBS" Opens At Sandance Film Festival

After months of rumors it turns out to be true that Ashton Kutcher will play legendary Steve Jobs in the film called “jOBS“, the first bio-picture to come out since the Apple co-founder passed away in 2011. The film will cover the early pivot years of Jobs’ life and span some forty years of the entrepreneur and inventor beginning in 1971.

Looking forward to seeing this film about Steve Jobs, now playing its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival. The film already opens with some controversy when just before showing the film Ashton Kutcher was rushed to the hospital after following Steve Jobs’ fruitarian diet (Fruitarianism is a diet solely made of fruits, nuts and seeds, without animal products, vegetables and grains.) Kutcher was on this fruit-only diet to get into character for the biopic about the late entrepreneur.

The article link firmly states, “…….the fruitarian diet can lead to severe (health) issues,” The late Apple co-founder, was reported to have been on the fruitarian diet often, and later died of pancreatic cancer in October 2011. A proper vegetarian diet is generally good for the body, but limiting to eating fresh fruits only without a moderation of other needed protein like fish and poultry can lead to damaging certain organs and rise havoc on your pancreas. Despite all that pre-screenings of the Steve Jobs film looks good and give special insight into a great innovator.
